My Hospice Of The Valley team was essential to keep my husband from deteriorating quickly at a terrible SNF in San Jose for five long months until I was able to transfer him to a really good one in San Francisco. Thank you, Ernesto, Pedro, his aide Christina, Chaplain Bruce, and my husband’s wonderful volunteer Rex.

Oh my goodness, I cannot speak highly enough of every single person we have come in contact with in this company. Queenie was the person who helped us get started & she could not have been any more helpful and thorough & patient! The nursing staff especially Liwen went above and beyond to meet all of my mother-in-law‘s needs! She handled everything for her with grace and care every step of the way and was a great advocate to make sure her needs were being met at the facility she was at, the social worker Elvira was beyond helpful and supportive to my mother-in-law and to us, the chaplain Dale was so patient & kind & communicated with us very well etc.. Every single person that we have come in contact with has surpassed all that we could ever ask or think in this time of hardship. What a blessing for my mother-in-law to be in such great hands at the end of her life. I am beyond thankful for each person I’ve mentioned, and there were many I’m sure that were helping that I may not have mentioned. If I could give this company 10 stars I would!

I highly recommend this company for their helpful services and wonderful employees. My mom was recently moved to home hospice and they have been absolutely amazing. She desperately wanted to be home as soon as possible. I talked with someone on Sunday and they helped me make that happen by Monday afternoon, coordinating delivery of all essential equipment, medication, and ambulance transportation of my mom as well. Now that she's home, we've loved all of the nurses and case managers we've worked with. They are kind, caring, and responsive. The company is open 24/7 and you always reach a human being immediately. This is a terrible thing to go through, but they make it a little bit easier. Thank you.

I am so appreciative of your services and the caring people who work there. Laura was always reaffirming the strong bond I have with my daughter even after she passed. It has been 9 months as of yesterday my beloved daughter left our planet and although my grief can be paralyzing I know that each day that passes brings me to a better place of acceptance. I think what makes Hospice of the Valley so special is they celebrate the lives our lost ones in a safe and loving environment.
