The "1" here is only because I am forced to put something. Worst company I have ever had. I gave them a detailed list of my needs and they sent people that can only do half the job. The employees that came to the house were 18 or 60's and needed care themselves. The Millersville branch does not open until AFTER 9 and closes BEFORE 5, and there is NO ONE to even answer the phone any other time. So if you have a problem or a worker does not show....you are on your own totally. If you leave a message do not expect to be called back until the next day at noon no matter how urgent the call. BE WARNED...BE WARE....do not leave your loved one unattended, because they will. You can trust me, I went through 5 caregivers while there.
