Kaiser outsourced my home health this go around and I have had several really good nurses through NeoGen this last year. Kelly, Denise, and the last one I have had the longest and she is awesome. Christine Molina, LVN. She truly loves her work and is excellent when it comes to communication with my doctors and the best bedside manner. Even my dog loves her to death and she is very protective when I'm home alone and injured. There isn't enough nice things I can say about Christine. If she's going to be late or early I get a text message advising me of the situation. But other than that she is alway prompt, polite, kind, and a joy to deal with. The only issue I have had is ordering of the proper supplies from inside the office. I watch Christine send pictures of the box, ref #, and product and I have only gotten the correct foam twice in a year. Other than that everything is good with this company.

Grace has been my wound nurse since April 2025. She visits me three times every week to change the dressing of my scalp wound post surgery for skin cancer. She combines the two essential qualities for a superlative nurse: she is extremely competent and cares a great deal about my wellness and morale. Her caring, which includes a terrific sense of morale boosting humor and general emotional support, has kept me optimistic about having a full recovery. I cannot imagine any other nurse doing a better job than Grace. She has my undying gratitudes for her gentle and effective care. Grace has reassured me that she will stick with me until my wound is completely healed. I cannot ask for more. Thank you so much, Grace.

I am beyond thankful for Nurse Grace. She is giving my mom the best care. We have experienced other nurses and they are nothing compared to Nurse Grace's compassion, competence, professionalism and kindness. The whole family looks forward to her visits. You can really feel her genuine care and compassion

Scholastica has been helping me out with my showering needs as I am healing from Tibia/fibula fracture. She is very professional in many ways. She is always on time, pays attention to my details and needs, even though I’m one of many clients she has, pleasant, kind and wise in her approach to life. At this time, I would like to extend my gratitude to you, my RN Jeanie, for taking care of my medical needs, Mon- Fri, for the last 4 weeks. You even came last week, on a Sunday, when one of the nurses never showed up. I appreciate this more than you know. This demonstrated how you truly care for your Patients, to go beyond your required duty. I hope this company realizes what a value you are to them. I also would like to thank my PT Stephen , that helped me through the beginning of my rough times after hip surgery.
