bad service. I asked for help. and they didn't help me and were very harsh. the next agent was more kinder. but still. the staff here are very cold. there are barely no spanish-speaking agents, heck-- there are basically no staff that speak other languages. except for english. staff are super clumsy and forget everything. I asked for a call back on Monday, and they never called me on Monday. they used to be more kinder back then. i don't know what happened to this company now.

Horrible all you get is the call center I have been calling for over 2 weeks to no avail and no return calls back. This company used to be good I don't know what happened, but it has gone downhill! I will be switching immediately to another agency to handle my son respite and regional center payment needs. I would give zero stars if I could!

These people are crazy! I've called this location twice today to inquire about my autistic son's caregiver not receiving her payments for this month. And both times the staffs were completely unprofessional, rude & dismissive. The company I was looking for was Choice Homecare & one lady with an attitude replied "we don't do caregivers & this ain't choice homecare it's choice home services, they use to be in this office but moved & I don't know where they at". (All in one sentence) . I was left confused & in disbelief.

Very rude complicated people they hang up on you when you have questions about your check/pay and give you run arounds like if it’s coming out of their pocket I did record my interaction with them and I am gonna pursue for them to get into trouble because there is no reason for them to be that rude to the employees!!!!

Choice Home Care has an awesome staff who will not only help find a good caregiver but will also work with a family to ensure that the care is first-rate once they start. They were very patient with me and listened to all my concerns. They gave me peace of mind that my father was being looked after since I did not live locally and could not be there for him myself. They were always available by phone and took as long as needed to talk with me and give me reports on my dad's progress. They made things easier for my family during a very difficult time. I would definitely recommend them for caregiving needs.
