This company hasn't got a clue what they're doing all I need is the notes from when I had PT, was told a week ago they put them in mail nothing has came and the office is down the street from where I live then they said they will e-mail them to me right now so I wait a few hours and nothing so I call then it's I'm waiting for the case manager for some reason. All I want is the notes the physical therapist took while I had therapy.

I have an LVN who comes over twice a week. She is professional, detailed, and adjusts her treatment rightly according to circumstances. She can't be any better. Yet every so often my care has to be evaluated and certified by their resident RN and it is here that my care always takes a turn for the worse. I can't really say if this business is aware of the fact that this evaluation and treatment is done by a couple. I think they are a married couple, but what becomes clear quickly is that with the exception of blood pressure check, all physical treatment is done by the husband. He seems to be the type that doesn't even acknowledge or accept suggestions about previous treatment, in my case by my LVN. He seems to ignore even his own wife, who I suspect is the actual RN, but she seems completely subservient to his desire to do as he pleases. After serveral visits now by this couple, I'm still uncertain as to their level of English comprehension. Each visit hardly ever involves the exchange of any words, and never sentemces. After having my foot wrapped by him I get blisters by the next day that prolong my home care seemingly indefinitely. My treatment started initially in late January with an amputation, that has subsequently healed, but the persistence of newly developed blisters after each of their treatments risks placing my eventual healing well into the summer. My sense, but I really don't know, is that this couple (basically her) are the only people they have on staff as RNs. But I'll refuse now to be treated by this arrogant husband. I see this as the only way to eventually be free of treatment.

We would like to post a review for Reza Lynn Bautista (Licensed vocational nurse ) She is very professional and knowledgeable with her nursing skills. And what a pleasant attitude and personality. She was very patient with my wife and took her time to make sure my wife was comfortable and had all her questions answered to the fullest.
