Words are inadequate to describe how Life Sustaining and Life Changing True Care Hospice was to me. I had been the Sole Caregiver for 8 years for my husband who was suffering from Advanced Alzheimer's. I had used True Care Home HealthCare for a couple of years for him and they were FANTASTIC. Emma was our Nurse and the Sunshine and Empathy shined every time she walked into our home. Her compassion for my husband and myself was unmatched. As his disease progressed, we moved into Hospice with True Care Hospice. From the first moments they explained how many services they would provide...Relief tears appeared. Mia was amazingly warm as was Liz. When our first Nurse came, Yana and then Joe... Their EXTREME LOVE and KNOWLEDGE spilled into my heart. Noel bathed my husband with Dignity and such Care. Their Volunteer Respite Caregiver, Maria felt like family right away. Don't think twice. I'm a Chronic Researcher and, believe me, you need not look further. My sweet husband passed on December 18, 2025. True Care gave me the STRENGTH and CONFIDENCE to survive and even thrive this terrible time in my life.

When our loved one was diagnosed with advanced cancer, it felt like the world stopped. The news was devastating, and we were told that treatment was no longer an option, with hospice being the recommended next step. The transition into hospice care was overwhelming, but from our first conversation with Liz, we felt a sense of comfort and support. Liz was patient and understanding, taking the time to walk us through every step of the process. She answered all of our questions and made sure we understood what to expect. Even after our initial conversation, Liz continued to check in and ensure everything was going smoothly. A nurse arrived promptly, and from that moment, we knew our loved one was in good hands. Despite the many opinions and unanswered questions from the doctors, Liz was there for us. She took the time to understand each family member’s concerns and worked with us to address them. Our case manager, Vera, was another angel during this journey. She was incredibly kind, compassionate, and always there to help with any concerns. Vera’s ability to listen and guide us through tough decisions gave us a sense of peace during a time filled with uncertainty. No matter the differences in opinions within our family, everyone always felt heard and supported. The entire True Care Hospice team was exceptional. From the hospice RN to the bathing nurse and LVN Joseph, each individual provided not just medical care, but emotional support as well. Joseph, in particular, brought such a sense of peace to our hearts. Throughout this process, the team never made us feel like we were a burden. They dedicated their full attention to us, whether we were speaking on the phone or receiving in-person visits. Thanks to the dedication, education, and compassionate care from the entire team, our loved one’s final days were filled with comfort and peace. I truly believe she passed peacefully, surrounded by love, because of the guidance and support True Care Hospice provided. While I hope no one ever has to face the need for hospice care, I can wholeheartedly recommend True Care Hospice to any family who needs this type of support. They are a true representation of what healthcare should be – compassionate, dedicated, and patient-centered.

The loving way you comforted and cared for my father, Sol Rozenberg, during his last days helped ease some of my pain.
