I was turned away at 6pm saying that they were closing soon when they clearly close at 8pm with only 3 people in the lobby. Didn't even bother to ask the nature of my visit or check with back office. They probably were more concerned about new year plans then helping you. Drove to thousand oaks to UCLA immediate care where I was seen immediately with upmost professionalism and care. Steer clear and make the drive.

I went here yesterday for a TB test / physical for an upcoming job offer. The staff here were very nice, respectful, and everything in the room I sat in was clean! It was the first time in years I had my blood pressure checked and wasn't in agony over the cuffs afterward lol. The wait time was also really nothing at all, especially once they led me back to the room itself, it felt like it was over in 5 minutes.

Waste of time. I was involved in a car accident and explained to the nurse practitioner that I’m experiencing sharp pain on my neck and a tense back. I already knew I don’t have a fractured neck or back but she wanted X-RAYS. X-rays were taken and yup, sure enough, they see nothing wrong. But i am in PAIN. I told her my pain for a level 6 and just wanted to give me a muscle relaxer…. I need medicine to manage the pain. I left with zero medicine and waited 3 hours to be seen. Don’t go here unless you want to be left unseen and to have your time wasted. Never have i ever left a doctors office with no medicine before. I am now day 2 with worse pain and going to another urgent care to be heard and seen.

I went in on Friday 3/28 I haven’t been to the med center in years. I went in cause I fell at work in the freezer. So I got a slight small bump and wound to my head. The doctor was nice but didn’t really check my head. I knew it wasn’t that serious of a wound. But I got checked out by paramedics at work better than her. So I went back on Sunday for a follow up. I know it was busy I waited an hour to see her. But she didn’t even give a look at my head. Glad it wasn’t worse or I should have just went with the paramedics to the hospital.

I’ve been here multiple times in the past for my own ear infections or general colds. I recently had to bring my 4 year old daughter for sutures on her chin due to a fall at school. Though not overtly pediatric, they have a kid’s table in the waiting room (much appreciated) and the staff were all very kind to her and allowed her to explain what happened. Dr. David Kim was excellent in calming her nerves, working slowly with her and explaining what he was doing- she didn’t cry once, even when getting the local anesthetic. Her initial visit was topped off with a stuffed animal given to her by the reception staff. Needless to say, they won her over. Her follow-up for suture removal as also easy and quick! Thank you Dr. Kim & staff for a turning a not so fun task into a pleasant experience!
