Your team was not only gone above and beyond through that difficult process but has continued to shine a light on our family and provide us with the positive memories that the care we hoped for our mother to receive was exceeded. Your staff upon visiting our mother were always professional, always friendly and personable and were also ready and willing to assist in any way they can. Our Mom was always well taken care of, and it absolutely showed on her smiling face. Your reach is shown through every smiling face of every staff member and nurse that we have encountered. You have formed a connection with us that can only be descried as fate and Adelina was in the most caring hands we could have prayed for. You understand people and this complex population and possess a gift of connecting to those around you. This is so important in leadership and again shows through every interaction we had at Billet Home. We thank you tremendously from the bottom of our hearts for showing Adelina and us dignity, kindness, and understanding that all she wanted to the end of life is to be smiling and loving Mother. You took the time to explain to us kindly what we needed to do; how the process would work and ensured us that you would walk us through the process. You not only walked us through the process but held our hand and our hearts as we met with you. Your professionalism and kindness along with your knowledge is astounding. You always were so loving and caring. She always smiled at you, and you always were so gentle with her.
