This is a very friendly place. Everyone takes care of me. They make my appointment for me and they make sure I get there and return safely. The food is delicious. Case manager ladies always answer my question. All the workers are always making sure I'm healthy and happy. I like it here. The physical therapy here is fun and the therapists are my friends. All my medical needs are being taken care of on a daily basis.

This facility partners with Kaiser, and Kaiser physicians visit and care for Kaiser patients. Other health providers, other than Kaiser, also place patients here. My review is strictly about the facility, Tarzana Health and Rehab, NOT about Kaiser and their physicians (who by the way are EXCELLENT, especially Dr. Besimanto). This facility is very crowded with 3 patients per room and very little personal space for their belongings. The staff is good, the food is good, BUT because of the crowding, and the type of patients there, it is extremely noisy with people in the halls, with screaming at all times of the day and night, and generally a sense of people who need care simply packed together as tightly as possible to extract the most money. Of course our overall health care system and health insurance companies display avarice and total disregard for people's health, can more be expected?

It's about as good as you can expect in such a facility. We used their services for over 2 years . Very caring nursing staff as well as good food service for daily meals (not a given for an institutional facility) Their care nurses are so friendly, their medicine nurses are so competent. They have a nutritionist looking over the food and nutrition physical therapist on site . They provide activities such bingo, hand crafts and music and formal dinners, and court yard picnics on special occasion. I hope you won't need their services but if you happened to need it is good to know they are available for your loved one. Often times I wished we had access to them during covid outbreak for my mom, but it wasn't meant to be. Remember, it is not paradise, but if you have fare and reasonable expectations, you will be satisfied.

Hello All, I want to share my experience and strongly advise against sending your loved ones to this center. Unfortunately, the staff has been unprofessional, and my interactions with Anthonio have shown a lack of care and compassion. The nursing staff has also been extremely disappointing, failing to provide the quality of care that residents deserve. If you want your loved ones to receive proper care and attention, I strongly urge you to consider other options.
