This company tríes, but i have to say that they don't succeed. It is sad. We had a terrible time with continuity of care, getting promised médical devices, and case management in general. They aré terrible at comunicating and will deny services without telling the client. One is left waiting for the néxt in-home visit or a phone call that never happens. I Dont think they understand that they need to proactively plan a case and deliver. We understand that medicare is difficult to navigate, even for the pros, but Dont leave elderly people hanging and hoping! Just be honest and straigjtforward with us!
