I’m very disappointed to learn that this therapy center does not conduct background checks on their therapists, even though they spend hours working closely with children. Parents trust therapy providers to ensure the safety of their clients, and background screening should be a basic standard. I recently discovered that a current therapist employed here has a battery charge, which raises serious concerns about the center’s hiring and screening process. Families deserve transparency and assurance that their children are in safe hands.

My experience has been great. They are organized and polite. They will train you to learn new skills. They also assign cases within your skill set.

I have been a Nurse for 17 years now. There are only 2 sufficiently large Healthcare/Nursing Agencies in Riverside County and San Diego County. I have worked for both. The many smaller agencies/competitors while adequate , do not come close to Maxim. Maxim is the best. The smaller competitors will have greater case staffing issues, and Nurse retention issues, which lead to case staffing issues. Guardians of our loved ones do not need case staffing headaches. Maxim is currently attracting and retaining the best of the best. Maxim is a nationwide company. If a issue comes up resolution to the guardians point of view is achieved quickly.

I worked here as anurse for a few years. I like the people in the office. This was way way better to work for than the san diego branch. At this branch they paid extremely well for an LVN.
