We had a great experience with Pristine and Abe came very highly recommended to us by the social worker and the entire team at the facility. The second Abe met with my mom he knew exactly how to arrange care and the services we desperately needed in a very efficient way. He was very professional and ensured the discharge went smoothly. The care we received by the staff ( nurses and therapists) was phenomenal and they really catered to my mom. We are very pleased with Pristine Care and now understand why they’re highly recommended.

Having been a SW with decades of experience in clinical settings in both San Diego and Riverside Counties, I highly recommend Pristine Care Home Health. I have referred to Pristine Care Home Health for many years now and they have always shown deep compassion, Integrity and honesty when caring for patients. They are also highly trained in wound care and have an amazing physical therapy team. It is safe to say, We (and our patients too) Love Pristine!

Just another Home health company that prays on Insurance, caters to nurses discerning between which jobs they want to do and on what day. This company is directly responsible for me dropping out of counseling score and enrolling in law school. This company took the case and employed a Nurse who is consistently at least I have an hour late to essential appointments, and often times would not bother to show up at all. Frequently violated Hyppa with me about other clients as well as myself in the ER of Murietta hospital. I was then abandoned with no care by this nurse. This company then attempted to supply a nurse with limited legal knowledge as a legal advisor to directly discriminate against less knowledgeable clients. She supplied false knowledge regarding Medicare payments and Dr. prescriptions over the phone, then refused the job because of what the job is, and the job is directly related to my disability. It is a job requiring skilled nursing. Then the previous nurse that left me abandoned took the job again, only to re-abandon me in the job again one month later. Nurses are now dictating whether or not they will do a job based on the amount of money, not based from a caring this position. This is directly related to the recent epidemic and the fact that one can receive a nursing degree in 18 months. This is taking the medical system in California which is usually 1/2, neck and neck with Hawaii for best in the country and making it very similar or worse to other less advanced states in which I have resided. Do better Home health. Do better Pristine care home health services Inc. DO BETTER NURSES!
