I was discharged from a nursing home in Torrance at a time when no other agency could take my case, mainly due to the condition of my house. I honestly didn’t know how home care worked and needed an agency that could help care for me while also assisting with deep cleaning. I had been away from my home for two weeks with my pets, so it was truly a mess. Top Home Care was recommended to me by the Social worker, and I’m so grateful it was. Even with very short notice, the Care Manager called me right away. He explained that deep cleaning isn’t typically part of their services, but he went above and beyond to find a caregiver who could help with both. Sure enough, they sent me the sweetest and most hardworking caregiver I could have ever asked for. He is always there whenever I need him and has truly been like a bodyguard to me ever since. His dedication and kindness mean so much to me. What really sets this Company apart is their responsiveness. Even when I’ve called the Care Manager late at night for something that could have waited until the next day, he still answered immediately and addressed my concerns without hesitation.I truly feel blessed to have TOP HOME CARE as my provider. I can’t imagine being with another agency, they are simply the best out there.
