I especially appreciate the beautifully maintained landscaping around the pool area — it adds so much to the community’s atmosphere. Ellona is responsive to maintenance requests and ensures that any issues are handled properly. Anytime I have needed help with something, their response has always immediate, precise, and without hesitation. I have had the pleasure of dealing with quite a few of their employees, and everyone has been amazing!! They pay the utmost attention to detail, make sure the residents are happy, and if there happens to be an issue, they don’t just document it and let things play out. The property is always well-maintained, and the level of service provided by Scott Management is greatly appreciated. They ensure that the common areas are kept in excellent condition, and their communication with residents is always clear and timely. While I’ve come across a few negative reviews online, I believe these may not accurately reflect the experiences of those who work directly with Scott Management. It seems some reviewers may not fully understand the complexities of property management within an HOA. Based on my personal experience, I have found Scott Management to be an exemplary property management company, and I highly recommend their services.
