Deserves 0 stars For almost a 2 hour wait for an employment drug test! Unbelievable! For something so “simple” as a drug test. Terrible just terrible. Everyone was constantly asking at the front desk at what time they were going.

No appointment needed if you have a random drug test. It 24/7 open. Morning are full and after 6pm las people in the lobby. When I went front desk lady was great got my paperwork done and I when to do my random. And the nurse in the back that did the work was great and answered my questions. 10/10

This is a great facility. I was there for a CDL medical renew. All the people there took care of every need I had. Nice clean professional facility. I got the best service I've gotten in 28 years of having CDL medical check ups.
