Omnicare Home Health is far and away the best home health care agency I have dealt with in 3+ years of caring for my elderly mother. I have had experience with 3 other agencies. Why is Omnicare so great? Easy: 1) They COMMUNICATE. They actually text and email to confirm the care that will be delivered, and the schedule. This includes clear communication from the case managers as well as the caregivers/PT and OT team. 2) They SHOW UP. OMG I can't tell you how many times other home health care companies say they're going to arrive at a particular time and date but never show. 3) The team actually DOES THE WORK. My mother gets full sessions with the PT/OT. We had other agencies where the PT would show up and stay for 5-10 minutes and leave. I am very impressed with and grateful for the diligence, skill and care Omnicare Home Health delivers. Special shout out to Claire, Cess, Kirsti, Kailie, Andrew and Tran. Thank you!!
