This company is beyond horrific and incompetent!! I just got out of Torrance Memorial Hospital on Halloween, Friday, 10/31/2025. In a lot of pain and catching up on rest. Their brain surgeon delivery driver, Marcello Saks, was knocking on my neighbor's door at midnight!! What kind of moron does that?! My neighbor showed him where my door was and instructed him to leave the delivery, as it did not require refrigeration. The area is extremely safe and secluded. What kind of moron doesn't leave a much needed delivery at such a location?! Money grabbers is all they are. Save yourself tons of aggravation and go elsewhere!! I'll be contacting Torrance Memorial Hospital, today. I'm not going to work with these creeps! Torrance Memorial look into them, they are greatly damaging your stellar reputation!!

My home health care nurse Nancy Ang is not only an insightful wealthy bank of information about my medical plight. She is more so like a friend that's a joy to talk to. She goes out of her way to perform her job. She has set up prescription immediately with my doctor by calling his personal number and then video becoming his hands for tests preformed. Very professional and excellent nurse.

This company WAS very good but due to lack of oversight and customer care it’s now TERRIBLE! We were with them for 5 Years Can we, as people that are taking care of people that are on tube feeds etc. really risk being with a company that has terrible employees that are unhelpful? I don’t think so, it took me two months almost to get the new formula as the old formula had started giving my loved one gastrointestinal distress. Here are some key points *NEVER GOT TO SPEAK WITH SUPERVISOR *NEVER RETURNED CALLS *SUPPLY ORDERS INCOMPLETE *APPARENTLY NO SAMPLE CANS OF FOOD *RUDE STAFF *SUPPLIES ARE NOW CHEAP LIKE BAGS OR SYRINGES Eventually, I had to get a UCLA care coordinator to get in touch with a dietician at this infusion company to finally get the new cans of food. This should never happen to anyone. I was going literally nuts for three weeks! Like beating my head against a wall due to the lack and caring from this company and I will be searching for a different company

When my father was on hospice, Premier Infusion was the pharmacy that sent over his medication. He was in a lot of pain and the process was quick and easy to get his medication. The intake representative was extremely nice and helpful. My family felt very supported during a difficult time. I only wished that we were provided a nurse from Premier as opposed to Torrance Memorial hospice(which was under my father’s insurance). We felt that our Torrance Memorial hospice nurse failed to inform my family that there was a possibility of my father potentially being non responsive after infusing the morphine.
