This agency good hope has discriminated my son because of his medical needs ,My son had a surgery to place a trachea, to help him breathe in 2014 an I had only one LVN coming to care for him , but it was according to the LVN schedule not when it was need it,I will ask for an LVN for the of care of my son. An the agency will booked hrs ,but will call the same week to cancel ,becaused "it was impossible to get a LVN for my son"the agency will said. I have 30hrs every month ,but only 16hrs will be used because of lack of staff. Note;most of this Lvn' s want to be pampered by having wify in the patient's room an will need time to step outside after 4hrs, an will have their own schedule not when is need it an will pay attention to your concerns but will do things there way .Now they had informed me the LVN that takes care of your son has found an other job an unfortunate we do not have the staff for long care for those type is cases"this are the agency's words.I asked if they are closing agency an say no" we are only keeping what 'we have an are not taking any new case's .this are the agency's. words ...I give only 2 star one for answering the telefono on time an the other for coming every month to review my son's case..Need improvement in patient bed side care an being on time /an respecting patients under their care by not having loud conversations on the cell phone An ignoring patient is next to them. Most Patients do not have WiFi or do not need to have WiFi for LVN's
