Extremely frustrated. Spent all summer with a different home health agency. I get transferred to Jameco. Had a few visits, reevaluation, 2 week break then I get told I'm being discharged next week. I am bedridden and need the exercises. I know it isn't my insurance because they have paid for months. Jameco doesn't fight for you. Sad. Excellent pta & lvn. Edit...I am aware of how it works. I was with another agency. I am frustrated. It's crazy that one agency was able to get me more visits, is all and you won't give me the visits my doctor and insurance approved.

My Mom started to get wobbly and we were worried about falls in 2018. The Jameco initial and ongoing evaluation helped us make our home safer for her. All the nurses were very professional, kind and so thorough.They set up physical therapy to help her strengthen her legs. Then they set up wound care in our home to help heal an ulcer she developed.A very special Thank You to Margie Gonzales, our Home Health nurse who gave very personalized care and worried about Mom with me. Also need to give high praise to Sonjia Hill,our physical therapist cheerleader that kept Mom motivated. And finally the Omni Wound Care team: Dr. Jung and Jeremy EMT who did the inhome wound debridement and healed her wound. We learned so much from all of them, and are so very blessed and grateful. Thank you very much from Mom Dolores and me.

They did OK FOR the first 2 weeks but after that they only did minimal exercises on 1 more visit. They were supposed to help me use a walker but never came close to using it. Waste of time and money😞
