I hope this serves as a fair warning to everyone out there. My mother was checked in on a Monday night at 6 PM. Tuesday I went to take her dinner only to find out from another patient in the same room that my mom had a fall in five minutes earlier and the maintenance man had helped her back in bed, The nurses weren’t even aware until I called their attention and made a report. Wednesday my sister went to visit my mom at 11:30 and took her some lunch only to find out that just a few minutes before she walked in my mother again had fallen off a chair. While visiting her room I saw that there was an orange juice cup on the floor that had been left there since morning and it was now 5 PM. The nurses will come by every two hours to check on her which wasn’t enough time because she had to go to the bathroom. By Wednesday evening I called my mothers social worker and had her removed on Thursday morning. There was no receptionist the first day I went to check out this location I simply walked in to the nurses station. Please consider this a warning if you have a loved one that needs rehabilitating do not send them here! For everything that happened to my mother there was an excuse given. There should never be an excuse when it comes to the care for our loved ones.

After reading one in particular review I actually pulled over my car because I felt absolutely obligated to leave this factual review.Let’s start at the top with Michael the owner , The man has been nothing but helpful and accommodating he knows the business well and is quite savvy at what he does I am eternally grateful and my family is as well as he’s provided everything for my mother who was rehabbing at home. From Magdalina the nurse supervisor an absolute angel to Farah the nurse and Jeanette the caregiver Both kind considerate and professional ladies , to Isa the physical therapist who is tremendous at what she does . People my hand to God here I couldn’t ask for more from this company and I would highly recommend them to anybody for a loved one in need of care sincerely and honestly ermano

This agency is one of the best. With their help I was able to give my mother the best care that I could, especially on her last few months. Very highly recommend. I like everyone to know that their employee Anna Garcia is the most wonderful person that makes the impossible possible. I like to thank her because she worked very hard to provide me with nursing and equipment needed for my mom and genuinely cared to call me to send her condolences after the passing of my mother.
