Poor service not wanting to go help my Dad his 97 years and we have all the papers from to go fix his catheter that is leaking . They keep saying to take them to ER . There supposed to go help him . 👎🏼😠

Hello this is my son’s log in. I’m a patient at Millennium Home Health Care at 28863 Industry Dr. Unit A Valencia, Calif 91355. I would like to report that they have worked hard to care for me and are making every effort to make my care comfortable and help me be successful healing. My healing is a slow process due to radical radiation treatments. I have two exceptional nurses (RN) who come to my home to care for me each week, Stephanie and Patty. I see each nurse one day a week. They are always on time and communicate nicely with me. At first getting my supplies in order took a little bit of time and patience. So be patient but make sure your doctor documents accurately what you’ll need for your home health care to be successful. Millennium Home Health so far is making sure when my nurses order my supplies I get them with accuracy and as quickly as possible. Being a patient isn’t easy, we want to heal and some of us have a longer road and slow healing in front of us, so it helps tremendously to have a kind and compassionate Home Health Agency on your side. I’m very happy with Millennium and the staff Odalas and Kaleigh are very kind when they answer my phone calls, and they are always ready to assist me very professionally. Thank you so much. I’m very thankful and feel confident that under your care, I will have success, although very slowly…healing, and this fills my heart and mind with hope and gives me the confidence and courage to keep smiling.
