Getting service from this company the first time was ok. One nurse just did basic the other one offered several services that were not needed. After. a week services were needed again, I didn't mind the same company. It was going to be for 21 days. First day we got the nurse that did basic! I asked her to flush the drainage and she said "I'm not sure if that is something I can do" (part of her job). The next day I got a text from another nurse confirming she was coming to do the job followed by another text saying "I'm canceling". Got on the phone with the company and they said no nurses were available to come on the next 5 days due to the Holidays. After 6 days they contact me again to resume the services. The antibiotics needed to be done every day for 21 days. Not only when you have people available. If you can not provide the service for 21 days do not accept the job. Plain and simple! The calls after that kept coming everyday asking if there was anything that they can do to help us. Help us!!!! You left us without service I have to find someone to do GETWELL HOME HEALTH JOB. I will not try to do business again with them.

I was losing mobility, in my legs and in a lot of pain. Climbing the stairs, was very difficult. My physical therapist, is the best. She has helped me, improve the strength in my legs and the pain has decreased, substantially. Also, she is reliable and has never missed an appointment!

Every one that comes here are very nice and does a great job! Also Tara is the best nurse ever..shes very smart, lovely personality and very helpful..I told her if I win the lottery am going to keep her to help me take care of my mom..Thank you Tara for all u do!

Every two weeks I receive a call from Jessica concerning my mother, how she’s doing, her health and if there’s anything that she can do to make my mother‘s experience better. Jessica makes me feel like my mother is a person not just a file or a Number. Every question I ask, I receive a full explanation and if she’s not sure she checks and lets me know At a later time.I am extremely happy with Jessica And the concern she shows for my mother. My In-laws have been using Get Well Home Health for over a year now. My wife and In-laws have been very happy with their services. Jessica and Luke and their team have been very kind and helpful to our family. Not only with routine RN visits, with urgent care RN need as well. They have been professional and caring and our family is grateful for their services . Their RNs have all been caring and good humans. We highly recommend Get Well Home Health. Thank you Jessica for always being on top of everything so we do not have any interruption in our visits that our Doctors request and dealing with their insurance. My wife is grateful for your attention and checking in on her Dad and being there when there is an emergency, and making every effort possible getting an RN on call to come take care of him! You have always been there for him and always come through.
