Took my father here after he had a fall and got a serious head wound because of it. He was bleeding and they only took vitals and blood in almost 2 hours of waiting. The triage nurses need to be re-trained to understand how serious head wounds are. He was literally delirious and bleeding and they just wouldn't listen to anything I said (I have extensive training in TBIs, triage (was the very first thing we were taught in EMT training) and BLS/first aid). They never ended up even looking at him because even after waiting that long with a concussion he wasn't on the priority list. We ended up leaving and they didn't take him off the board there so when we got to the other hospital he couldn't be checked in. TLDR: The laceration was to his skull and he was concussed but wasn't a priority.

I took my husband with severe left side pain, where he wasnt able to stand up straight or walk, to Kaiser Vallejo ER on Saturday night at 1130pm Excruciating pain!.. 4 hours of wait room later At 4am we were called inside! The Dr wrote for CT and Xray, 2hrs had gone by from the order but it wasnt done!! I kept reminding staff after staff, nothing till around 6am. Then the dr never came bk, RN discharged him with Tylenol and constipation meds around 7am. Today is Thursday evening, he is still in same pain, advise nurse and his dr recommends going back to ER!! FOR WHAT!! YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO TREAT A PERSON, KEEP TESTING TILL YOU FIND WHATS WRONG. Its a joke. KAISERS ENTIRE SETUP IS MONEY MAKING

I had a great experience talking with Dr. Kevin Bobrowsky. He was very friendly and was able to answer all my questions. He walked me clearly through all my options and explained how the procedures work.He was also able to refer me to another trilogies suggesting he really cared for my health. I felt very welcomed.

The LVN with the long hair (I forget his name but he was a float from Napa) in the allergy shot clinic was super nice and funny. He really loves working with the public and it made me feel so happy actually socializing with someone. Nowadays everyone is so anti social and this guy brought back the old customer service I miss so much. The receptionist was also kind and caring when I told her I wasn’t feeling well when I got there. Just genuine good vibes from people who seem to understand they work in a hospital. Very rare nowadays! Kudos to the team in the allergy clinic 1st floor. Sorry forgot everyone’s names! It was the afternoon of November 12 2025 if that helps.

Dr Silas-Young OBGYN is an amazing doctor. She makes me very comfortable. She's listens without judgement. Explains step by step what she is doing and why. I've never had a Dr that just listens like she does. And takes the time to explain everything and what she's doing step by step. I will not see another Dr. I HIGHLY reccomend her!
