I had an appointment scheduled at Mid Valley Comprehensive Health Center with Kristen Kaldas for August 7. Exactly one week before, Midday Friday I received a text stating that my appointment had been cancelled, without any explanation. I called the clinic and spoke with a front desk representative named Gladys (if that’s even her real name). She was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and rude. When I asked why my appointment was cancelled, she vaguely said the doctor "called off" and offered no further information or assistance. When I asked for clarity, she said she would be disconnecting the call. I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism, especially in a medical setting where consistency and care should be the priority. Based on other reviews, it seems this clinic has a pattern of cancelling appointments with little to no notice. If you're considering this clinic, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless you're okay with waiting months for an appointment, only to have it cancelled without a valid explanation. The way this clinic operates feels disorganized and unreliable, and the customer service, particularly from Gladys, was among the worst I’ve ever encountered.

This clinic told me to I have to go in person to get antibiotics for my sinus and lung infections after a teleconference call. Once there they said go take Tylenol! They told me if you get worse go to the emergency room.

Apparently this is were my doctor is at i would advise transfer or go somewhere else seriously. Been trying to get my first visit to meet himm/her but have yet too been seen .it been 6month I been scheduled meeting and they always call me on the day or b4 the day of my scheduled appointment too cancel..6 MONTH* and if I go to the urgent care they always seen me too olive view like seriously? Then was the point of me coming over to them?so far 4 appointments cancel..time too look 4 a new place.

Very unprofessional facility!!!! They cancel your appointments the day you're suppose to be seen. I understand doctors and nurse practitioners have emergencies too but whoever you call to see if they’ll make any accommodations to see someone else that day if by any chance the one you are seeing call out is a “NO we can’t do that you have to make a new appointment.” Whoever the woman answering the phones on March 20 to make the appointments with has rude and unnecessary comments for you when you have concerns about your health. She definitely shouldn’t be answering phone calls if she’s going to act like that. She has zero compassion or empathy towards the people who been waiting to be seen for these appointments two months prior then get canceled and have to make a new one and wait another month and a half two months before being seen and hope and pray that this one doesn't get cancelled as well.
