I'm a 24/7 full-time non-paid caregiver for my father that lives with me. I needed to have a very serious medical procedure and I needed a home care service that could provide a qualified caregiver to provide complete care for my bedridden father that has been diagnosed with end stage Alzheimer's & Mixed Behaviorial Dementia that requires total care 24/7. Alzheimer's of Los Angeles referred Home Care Partners, Inc. to me. Shayla (care coordinator/scheduler) contacted me and was very professional and nice to speak with...she set up an in home appt. and Joon (owner) came to our home to meet my dad and myself and assess my dad's care requirements. Then, Shayla coordinated Aldo (caregiver) that was very qualified and had experience with caring for people with very advanced stages of Alzheimer's & Dementia. Aldo, cared 10 consecutive hours for my dad, so I could have my medical procedure. When I returned home my dad was sleeping peacefully and slowly began to wake up. Aldo provided great care for my dad and offered to help me clean my dad too before he ended his work shift. I would definitely recommend Home Care Partners, Inc. based on our experience.
