From the patient Steven: After a successful heart transplant, I have a temporary paralysis called GBS. I also had an arterial aneurysm in my groin (post surgery) that ruptured and was repaired. After my 110 day stay in the hospital and rehab hospital, I was assigned to Alla for home/health care. She immediately contacted my wife and I to set up appointments for close supervision and hands-on recovery —for both of my post surgery situations. Her tenacity combined with her passion of care was beyond what we could have expected. She became extremely familiar with my case from day one and stayed on top of it week after week. She helped tremendously with advice and the importance of when to call my doctors when necessary. I saw her weekly and often times more if I had concerns. My progress to this day is a constant reminder of her care. She has been extremely important, not only in my healing, but my wife and I consider her a friend. Thank you, Alla.
