My family and I have been absolutely THRILLED with every aspect of the quality of care and kindness we have received from Lusi and her outstanding team at Pink Cross. My 83 year old mom recently had compression fractures in her lower spine and was hospitalized. Once she was released from the hospital we were really at a loss for how to proceed with her care. From the moment Lusi and I spoke I knew we were in very good hands. She has been consistently proactive in getting us exactly the help we need: weekly nurse visits (thank you Melissa!), PT visits and a wonderful woman named Anna, who comes to help my mom bathe. Everyone is capable, competent, and friendly. So easy to deal with! And genuinely KIND and CARING. They also understand the complicated system of healthcare so very well, and regularly offer very helpful advice and direction. They have all made this process SO much easier than I ever imagined it could be. I would say without hesitation that they are an INVALUABLE RESOURCE in navigating the world of home healthcare. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
