I’ve had the pleasure of working with the incredible Affinity team on several occasions. They provide compassionate, skilled, hospice care from the moment the conversation starts until the very end (including follow ups after their services are complete). Rudy, the founder, is incredibly involved. Checking in multiple times a week to make sure patient needs are being met. All expectations have truly been exceeded in my experience with Affinity. Their visiting nurses like Emily, Liz, and Cindy are so thorough and communicative- I always get a response before I would even expect one. Nurse practitioner Sarab has been so available and helpful, and crisis care nurse Rozinia is truly an angel. I’ve gotten nothing but the most positive feedback about Rudy and his team. They are wonderful.
