I had LMVNA Ventura Home Health for several weeks. Skilled nurses "SN" came out 2-3xs p week AND TOTALLY MISSED signs/symptoms: "s/s" of: blood clots & cellulitis!! Then immediately upon going to my PCP she sent me for an Ultra sound, then to the ER for the above 2 that LMVNA nurses MISSED! Also phoned after hours for urgent need but NOONE ever answered or picked up!!! Clld 911, 20' later a nurse calls back when EMTs & VFD r already here Sarah P.T & Lupe CHHA were great but I would NOT recommend them based on my poor experiences!

STAY AWAY! The in home physical therapist, Julie Gisler, was great. I received a bill (co-pay) for $120 from Livingston Memorial VNA. I wrote a check and mailed it. Within a few days, I was notified by my bank that someone tried to cash a check (Same check #) for $1,985. The bank declned to cash the check as that person did not have an account there. I had to close my account that I had for over 30+ years and open a new one. I called Livingston and told them what happened and that I wanted to pay the bill with a credit card over the phone. The woman took my card information and I got an email receipt. HOWEVER, within a couple days I started seeing fraudulent charges on my credit card. This is a not a coinidence!

RUN from this place. They completely misrepresent themselves, and nothing but drop a bottle of Morphine and Ativan for you to dispense yourself. The first visit at my mothers home, I was overwhelmed & scared I begged for them to stay no matter the $$$ . The "Nurse" said she had 3 weeks to 3 months...She passed in less than 3 hours, I didn't know what to do- I called & called and didn't get a call back until the next day. They treat people worse than one would ever think of treating an animal. This business is shameful and should be shut down and reported.

I’m very very upset at the way this medical establishment runs their scheduling. I get call from the nurses in the afternoon to let me know they want to come see me. With very short notice.... I think its very disrespectful. I called the office to speak to the supervisor. I just explain my frustrations. Kathy the supervisor she explained to me that the nurses have other patients they have to see as well. Yes I know that, and understand that I was a CNA I know how it is to coordinate with patients schedules. The point I wanted to make to Kathy is the I would appreciate if the nurses that’s going to come visit calls me at an appropriate time to coordinate with my schedule. Kathy tell me that since I’m home bond I should not be running around..., once again the level of respect.... I couldn’t believe the way she attacking me, just because I’m not catering to her system. No! I’m obviously not running around, I’m in a wheelchair... I have friends and family trying to visit and I have a life... with daily tasks. I don’t want to be interrupted by anyone. I wish she would have just keep it simple and said, yes I will make sure that if you are on the schedule we call you in the morning. Thank you.
