Administration was terrible. Communication was NIL…to the point of detrimental. Physical therapy was minimal and did not communicate plan with me at all…then just stopped coming. The home nurse I had, Cindy, was great! Very thorough. Cindy was the only good part of this agency.

I’ve been with the company now for three years and not had one problem. My home health aid Mrs,Josefina is great. She’s more like family, especially because of how much time she spends with helping my family and all of the information and care that she gives us. I also have to think are Nurse Mrs, Erica, who always teaches me the things I need to know and is very detail oriented and making sure that I can give my dad the best quality of life.

I am giving Gracelight home health a five star because I have been receiving care with them for a while and I have not had any problems with my care by my nurse. she has always talked to me about my wounds and what I needed to lookout for Suzi has always shown her professionalism towards me and my family, I really appreciate that because not a lot of companies out there have employees that show their professionalism, especially when somebody has just been released out of the hospital you need somebody that is going to take their time and not rush through their job

I have been helped by Gracelight Staff since May 2023. Right out of the hospital; My nurse Christy has been with me since the beginning. She has been wonderful and helpful with my needs and care. And Just recently started working with Physical Therapist Maria. She is helpful and motivating. In two weeks I have seen great progress in my mobility. Thank you Gracelight for sending me two great helpers. With them I know I can achieve my health and mobility goals!
