All contractors beware of this Home Health Care agency. They will use you to provide services and will not pay you. The person who handles admin has no customer services skills at all. Her name is Rochelle. Also the owner Francis, I tried contacting her to discuss payments and issues related to payment and her staff, no return calls from her and she is totally ignoring my text, fax, calls, etc. She hasn't paid my invoices. Do not deal with this agency.
