I have been attending Lakeside West Covina for almost two decades. All of my three daughters have been seen by Dr. Beata Wicherski. My yougest is 11 years old; last night she told me she feels very comfortable speaker with Dr. Wicherski. Because she feels herd and understood. Dr. Wicherski and her nurse Susan Rosas, act fast when it comes to referrals etc. Nurse Susan always welcomes us with a smile and is nice like all the other nurses in lakeside West Covina. I my self have been seen by Dr. Ocampo and Dr. Beak and I am very happy with them; alway ready to hear me out and help. Thank you Lakeside West Covina for having such amazing doctors.

I have encountered a great experience at Lakeside West Covina. My child went in with hormone issues and joint pains. She has been given the appropriate referrals needed to best fit her needs. Any concerns and any questions I have get answered by Dr. Wicherski and her lead nurse, Susan. I'm always greeted by all the nurses and get seen in a timely manner. They're flexible with same day appointments, if available. Dr. Beata Wicherski and nurse Susan were my caretakers as a child and now I bring my own child to be seen by Dr. Wicherski and nurse Susan. It's such a relief to see my daughter so comfortable. The care my 4 year old child and I receive is truly second to none.

If you have a PPO VERIFY BEFORE GOING. Even with a full PPO PLAN they made me wait for 45 mins( no other patients) regardless of if I asked to pay out of pocket then finally said we can’t obtain Blue Cross Blue Shield ppo info after hours. Basically only go if you have Medicaid or Medicare!

Dr. Shiao is so amazing, even though the Glendale office is closer I gladly drive to West Covina to see her. Actually I think I would drive to palm springs to see her. Fabiola recently fit me in for an emergency and she was so kind and helpful. America , medical assistant, was patient and kind. I was very nervous and she calmed me down. Amazing experience. Thank you to the whole office
