Well folks, I was looking for a medical supply place in my area maybe open today to pick up some things, and get information on some other possibilities, but they never answer the phone.. So I look at the reviews, and it explains everything.. Doors locked closed when the signs say open, horrible customer service, missing stuff in the purchases.. I’m glad I didn’t waste a minute going to a place that can’t even figure out when they’re open, or closed, how to figure out what signs to put on the doors, or to list accurate times on the internet when they’re open or closed… And can’t get a working phone system…

Worst customer service ever. Will never return!!!! Please avoid this business. It's difficult enough caring for someone who ill, don't need people who could care less .

Maps plotted wrong. Turn right after Greg's Auto Repair into the parking lot. Maps was wrong that they were open on Sunday. Sign on the door said open, but they were locked. Times open sign had blank spaces for Saturday and Sunday.

Not only was the service horrible, we were not allowed into the building. It was so nice of us to drive 1/2 hour and spend money there, but to then drive 1/2 hour home to discover the. all too important support pads were missing from the package. I feel like I got screwed with my pants on. To never do business with these thieves again will still be too soon.

Absolutely horrible. I have no idea how they are still in business. The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. Put my Moms health in danger when she got stuck in one of their chairs and they took 0 responsibility, hanging up on me several times. Please run from this company. They deserve to be put out of business.
