Wonderful caring staff. Made it possible for me to come home instead of being put in a skilled nursing facility again. PT, OT, nurses, bed bathing services, speech therapist and social worker are all invaluable services that came to my rural home each week to assist me with recovery from a severe debilitating illness. I tried to put NO STARS but I had to put one to be able to post this!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! My niece was under the "care" of this agency and they TOTALLY failed my niece and her family. My niece died is excruciating pain because her mother was told that they did not come out to where my niece was at night. The whole purpose of hospice care is for the patient to be totally comfortable in the final stages of their lives and to make the process of their death as seamless and painless as possible. My sister and niece were left to fend for themselves and my nieces death was far from comfortable. This agency should be ashamed of how they treated my sister and niece!! Now this mother has to live with the memory of her daughter dying in such pain because this agency has forgotten why they are in business.
