Their team provided exceptional wound care management and physical therapy that made all the difference in her recovery. The admitting nurse Mariam and the follow up nurse Ana were both professional, attentive, and compassionate. They were always ensuring her incision was healing properly, that there was never a shortage of needed supply and that she remained comfortable throughout the process. Carol the physical therapists was equally as impressive. She was guiding her through personalized exercises that helped her regain mobility and confidence faster than we expected. At the office, Felix and Kam made sure everything was communicated to use whenever any kind of clarification was needed. Thanks to their expertise, constant communication with her doctor and amazing care my grandmother is doing better every day. I highly recommend this agency to anyone in need of quality home health care!
