One star too much for this incompetent agency. I don’t know how Hollywood Presbyterian in referred this agency for my care, but without even receiving care and seeing the other reviews for this agency, I’m so glad I never had the displeasure of them coming into my home. Stay away from this agency. I will write the Better Business Bureau Hospitals and anyone else will hear of this downright negligent agency. I was discharged from the hospital on a Friday. They left a message for me late that afternoon and lo and behold they are closed all weekends and with the long weekend falling on a Monday holiday they were closed there too with no I repeat zero contact with me during that time A VM left by the nurse at 7:30 PM on Tuesday night. I was already in bed trying to get some sleep as it was an exhausting day THE WORST. Rodrigo the contact person I had tried a myriad of excuses and NEVER ONCE apologized I am now referred to a new agency from my primary Dr and can’t wait to hear from them. GOOD RIDDENS. STAY AWAY

The Owner Joy is very unprofessional. Does not communicate in a timely and professional manner to the needs of her clients. I have been a director of a home care company for over 12 yrs and scheduled nursing home for 5 yrs and scheduled for the largest all inclusive home care company in Colorado for 9 years. There would be no way She would have been accredited and to be allowed to care for anyones loved ones to include my cousin. This company is unable to cover shifts and does not communicate this . They leave my cousin hanging. Luckily my background and training which includes 20 yrs in Army medical has prevented gaps in his care. I will never recommend this company. Does not even deserve a single star . Worst home health I have ever encountered. . My husband had a nurse come to the house. First off really rude on the phone . When she got to the house extremely sloppy and so unprofessional, does not even know my husband never met him before and did not address him by his name called him “ Papi “ who does that? And was very loud . Asked for his meds and told me ( I am nurse ) that I had to put all his meds in a bag ( which they all ready were) . I have all meds organized, which she took no effort to look at . I can go on and on , how she is a nurse is beyond me . Extremely unprofessional and so sloppy . Oh and she made me take his blood pressure , yes me !! 🤦‍♀️. Again I can go on and on . She is so gross I would even let her take care of my dog . I am still in shock what walked through my door ! Disgusting!!

These are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. My brother had a stroke and the service was very poor. They came out a few times then claim he needed to be re-accessed, didn't do much so there was no change. A waste of time. Couple of therpests were nice and did what they could but all others were a joke. Worst experience of my life. I had to end up getting my brother into a rehabilitation facility because Gilbrator wasted almost 6 months of my brother's life without helping him. Never got him walking again. Horrible Agency Joy is the most nasty person I ever spoke to they have nice nurses and nice physical therapists. But never again will I want to deal with a nasty person. There customer service is horrible she had something personal against me claimed I filed a grievance against her with my insurance company and I didn't. What type of supervisor says that so unprofessional. She told me if I wanted to gripe about something don't do it with them she didn't care about my situation all they did was say I was a threat I wanted help with the open wound on my leg I'm diabetic and bed written. They discharged me from there company for no reason and thought they would leave me with no help. Like as if they think they are made of gold. Many blessing to them they don't care about people none of them they all have there job.dont have your loved ones go to this agency why they don't care and bad customer service I could do there Job in my sleep because I love people and they are rude they need to be re trained in Good customer service. No hard feelings and thanks I enjoyed having a nice pt and OT from your company but its Just Joy she is so mean and acts as if she hates her job and so do her employees. It's a shame how you treat people you should love people if you work in healthcare this is coming from a former healthcare employee. Treat people the way you want to be treated. Thanks anyways
