My mother was assigned to Aspire Home Health after ending up with a new colostomy, She had already spent a month in rehab, so this was strickly to help dial in the ostomy care and supplies. The nurse they sent was personable, but useless. Any suggestions regarding size, care, placement, etc came from myself or my mother. We were never even provided with the supply providers contact info, and anytime we asked we were told they would check and get back to us. We still do not have any contact info for the supply company and cannot get the nurse to return a call at all. Add to this the nurse would not call my mother (who lives alone) at all, she would text me, who would have to act as go between. Throughout the term of the referal (8 weeks) we only saw the nurse 3 times max, and would go weeks without even hearing from her. We would have to reach out several times before getting any info. As it sits now we have been trying for three weeks and get an excuse everytime why they cannot check on the supply order or am told they will check and get back to us. Ostomy bags must be changed frequently therefore having the supplies is essential. At this point we have had to order supplies out of pocket from Amazon, as she has been out. ***EDITED 1+ WEEK LATER--- Thank you--- finding out the name of the supplier is all we have been trying to get. I was there, she did not refuse all further visits, in fact the nurse was there at least twice more, and I personally was in contact via text only ( as she would not take/respond to a call) throught the contract. your "inacuracies" are on your behalf.. as you are flat out wrong... oh.. and way to break HIPPA in a huge way... have fun with that fall out.

Aspire has been a blessing to our family. They came out quickly after my father got home from the hospital and were quick to help us get everything settled after a lengthy hospital then rehab stay. The staff are all very polite and courteous. We cannot thank them enough for being there for us during our troublesome time!

The staff and nurses are absolutely amazing!! They were able to get my loved ones seen within a day after she discharged from the hospital!! I would absolutely recommend Aspire home health care to any one who's needing physical therapy nursing in a home health aide!!! My mother has medicare insurance and was able to get everything covered no out of pocket!!!
