The PT and OT that come out are amazing but the management is where I have an issue. I’ve reached out to them 3x in over 2 weeks to let them know my mom never got her lab drawn as she is disabled and they said since she is discharged there is nothing they can do. Although prior when I was reaching out they kept telling me nurse would be coming out and to wait for a call. So I reached out Sutter a few times, requesting just to speak to supervisor/manager to let them know so it doesn’t happen to any other patients as I seen how hard it was for my mom to get to a lab. I wasn’t even wanting to do a formal complaint. I just wanted them aware. But since no one is returning my call I’m going to do a formal complaint with the board.

We were referred to them by Rideout. They were okay at best. The nurse case manager that assigned to my sister, saw her twice in 7 wks. Every visit was a different nurse. They were good with medication that was needed to keep my sister comfortable. Other than that, they didn't ease my mind when it came to my sister's care.
