Cammy and her team were excellent. My parents were on hospice at the same time in their home, my mom for one year. The hospice team was wonderful. Kind, respectful, available 24/7 , knowledgeable, and many more terrific qualities. I’m thankful for their help. They helped make the process calm and peaceful. Highly recommend and highly satisfied.

Terrible terrible terrible. My uncle is a 100% service disabled vet and I manage his care. The most recent horrible experience was the agency stopping his services and not notifying us or the VA. The last nurse that came by was racist (complained about and was making fun of a client who was Mexican), complained about and was agitated that they made her visit my uncle to fill his pills - she literally said to his face that she should have never come over. There was the thieving "tweaker" homemaker who refused to clean and stole anything remotely intoxicating from the house, even kava tea. She replaced the lady who killed our cat in the dryer (The set was replaced after they offered to at first replace the cat. Um, the cat died and is irreplaceable.) There is crazy old lady who tried moving in who I had to threaten the police on because she wouldn't leave when she became hostile with me and I asked her to leave. There is even more and I came close to suing. People wonder why I didn't after the cat episode, but it did seem like a freak accident. I wasn't going to even write a negative review until the last rude RN and the not letting us know that the service had been dropped. Good thing I care and was here to pick up the slack. They should not be in the business of providing care.

From the RN, to the CNA, PT and OT the care was beyond my expectations. Everyone was knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. They worked with our schedules, gave us excellent recommendations and I couldn't have asked for a better health care team. Thank you, Connie, Wilma, Tom and Kari

I have nothing but good things to say about the VNA of Colorado. They were always on time, we're available at anytime for questions or concerns. I was very fortunate to have Meg, Kathy and Shannon. They all did everything and anything needed to help me. The coordination with Kaiser was flawless. All nurses were friendly, knowledgeable and easy to schedule. The whole process can sound overwhelming, but VNA of Colorado did one hell of a job making it run smooth. Thanks for everything.

My father was just put on hospice care under VNA. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any care agency. Everyone I have dealt with at VNA has told me something different about what care he will receive. They told me many services that they would provide, none of which has happened. Not only does my father continue to suffer, but they have caused incredible stress for both my mother and I. Far different experience from what I was told hospice care is supposed to be. Stay away from them!
