Love being a part of the second home community. Vivian has been so helpful through every step of the way from helping me get my CNA license to making sure I am being compensated. The nurses have also been amazing with their home visits for my son I was first working with Mahdi who we absolutely loved! now we are working with Hirut and she is amazing 👏. HR has gotten back to me almost immediately when I have needed them. So overall they are a great company to work for I highly recommend them if you are planning on becoming a caregiver!

I started working here at the beginning of 2024 as a parent CNA, and I truly can’t say enough good things about this team. They show genuine care not only for my son, but for me as his caregiver. They strongly advocate for the best services and clearly recognize that parent CNAs are certified, skilled providers who deliver highly specialized care to their own children. The team is collaborative, supportive, and genuinely invested in the families they work with. Vivian and Maha have been incredibly patient and supportive with all of my questions and requests, and they do an amazing job of helping keep a very complicated system simple and manageable. On top of that, they offer better pay than any other company I’ve come across. I’m very grateful to be part of this organization.

you know its funny that this company had over a 100 five star reviews with nothing negative said at all for a long time. and i was trying to complain about the terrible service and honestly shadiness of the company. because there has been alot of dishonestly from them for a long time. but whenever i put up my review it was removed immediately like they had some 3rd partyy company that only would add fake reviews and delete all the negative ones. now it looks like all the fake reviews were wiped and i can finally post how dissassified with 2nd home. They are rude over the phone they have said that they pay a certian amount but then comes out as not true and then they try to explain through some complex mannerism. that me polietely that my issues with them are my fault and my responsibility. I am not the only one but apparently they can stop people from putting in real reviews
