Sara my PT & James my OT were respectful, professional, friendly, all wrapped up in caring & concern to help maximize my rehab. It was the best possible care I could hope for. Sara & I discussed managing my pain levels & improving home safety in a way that was easily understood. There were no problems with my health care. I would recommend Berkley Home Health to family & friends. I would nominate both Sara & James for employees of the month. My only recommendation is that patients be included in the recovery plan, (re: what should we eventually be able to do & in how many visits?)

My mom had to receive care at home after a 2 week stay at the hospital. We had the pleasure of having 4 professionals come to our home. Scott PT, Tanya RN, Nora OT and Ashley ST. They gave my mother the best care and therapy. I am so happy with her recovery and want to thank all 4 of them for everything they did.
