First time for a Doctor appointment at the Brush location, I found it without any issues, The office was beautiful inside, very clean and friendly. I was greeted with a friendly smile as soon as I walked in by a receptionist/nurse, who immediately invited me into the exam room and took my vitals. The physician was in to talk to me within minutes, he was knowledgeable and very helpful in determining my symptoms and needs for my condition. I was in and out of there within 30 minutes. It was exceptional performance by the whole team who took care of my needs, from scheduling an appointment to greeting me and sending me on my way. Best appointment ever.

Dr Engelen, Rachel, and Skyelor are the best. Going to the doctors always kinda feels awkward and transactional for me but once in a while you get a dope team and man is this one of them. They all make me feel really taken care of with how thorough they are, how quick they take care of task, and the vibe. Rachel was is so good at her job I thought she was a doctor too lol. They are just a good bunch as a whole and I really appreciate them through my healing process.

Excellent experience. Dr. Blake was attentive, patient and thorough. He listened to all my concerns and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly which really built my confidence in the care I'm receiving. The entire staff were friendly, professional, and quick. Would highly recommend.

What an amazing bunch of health care professionals! From the person who greets you at the door, to the receptionist that admits you in, to the nurses and the doctors - all caring, kind and understanding people. Even the lady that was cleaning the bathrooms that day was willing to stop what she was doing to let me use the restroom. My nurse Margie was extra kind, answered all of my questions and even made me laugh. The anaesthesiologist was caring and Dr. Pence (my doctor) was incredible as always! Thank you so much to all the wonderful professionals at Common Spirit Holy Cross Hospital for taking care of me through my procedure. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Dr Willard is one awesome sergion! I recently saw her for my gallbladder and the service she provided is outstanding! She managed to help me with both of the the issues I had going on and she did it all in an unheard-of amount of time. From the time I was in the emergency room to the time her office called me was one day. Then from the time of my first visit in Dr Willard office to sergury was two weeks. So in all truth I've only known her less than a month and my whole process from start to finish is already completely done. I just went in for my follow up with her and she pretty much gave me a clean bill of health. Granted I'm still going to be in recovery for the next 4 to five weeks but I'm here to give this professional sergion the credit she is due. I'm giving her a ten star review five for her service and five for her promptness. If you want to rest assured your in good hands then I strongly recommend trying out Dr Tiffany Willard I guarantee she's the best in the business.
