I felt like I had known the people I spoke with for years, never met them, I live 5 hours from their location. The moment reception answered the phone I knew they were going to be amazing. She made me feel comfortable and she was so friendly and sweet. Thank you Ms. Tina for your kind heart. They are super responsive, professional and quick. Madison has been a blessing and a joy durning intake, answering all 100 of my questions and responding immediately to every email. I can feel they have a heart and a desire for this job, God bless them and thank you all for what you do!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called wanting to know information about their IHSS program and told her I had a few questions. The woman who answered the phone was ridiculously rude and responded with “..uh okay? What do you want to know?” She seemed very unfriendly and like she hated her job. Definitely not someone you should have answering phones if you want business. Safe to say I feel like I dodged a bullet. I replied with “ya know what nevermind. Have a great day”. Do better.

After I happened to see A Physicians Home Care today on Google I honestly can't believe I forgot to review them years ago when I got started on my CNA services with them. Let me tell ya this company along with their staff is truly some of the kindest people I've ever met. I'm so happy that the same staff is still here years later which shows so many great things about this company. When I first got started in obtaining my CNA license I was having a very rough time trying to find care for my son given I'm full time with him. Kevin, Ashley and staff here went above and beyond to help me take care of him while I was completing my CNA classes and state testing. This is just one of many very generous things they've done for my son and I since I've been with them. Nick, Kyle and Tina in HR also awesome! If you're looking into parent CNA services look no further APHC is golden! Great pay, always consistent, staff is always very nice and very communicative, truly a great experience through and through! I see 5 stars on every review and honestly it's spot on to who they are as a whole.
