I started working with Aveanna in March of last year and I cant say enough good things about the company. When I started with them I was still in the first year of having my RN was a little nervous in regards to the autonomy that comes with homecare. They offered me as many training shifts as I needed to ensure I was prepared and confident starting my first case with them. My clinical supervisor Jackie has been one of the best supervisors I've ever had. She's always available and incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. The whole team has been great and helped work with me on needed schedule changes, especially Jocelyn and Delana. The option to pick up more shifts is available but you're never pressured and consistently supported. The best part though hands down is the patients 🙌 being able to work with the kiddos and their families has been the biggest blessing. I'm so grateful to work at a place where I genuinely love going to work everyday. If you get the chance to work here I encourage you to jump on the opportunity!

I love this Company but this is the second time they didn't deliver my sons milk supply. This is what your entire company DOES! If I wouldn't have called, no one would have even let me know. 2nd time!!!!!!! The first time they delivered the milk to a completely different state. This time they just didn't bother to denier or at all. So FED UP!!!!! my son is very very sick, loosing weight, in and out of the hospital but hey, THANKS AVEANNA!!!!!
