Had them for a while, good nurses. But made complaint to their manager and things went south. I ended up terminating them and later on requested them back and was pushed off. Was told be two weeks out and etc Not my issue they got their feelings hurt with a complaint. They need to listen to the patient period. Overall has some decent nurses, poorly managed (can’t accept criticism, or you being your own advocate). Wouldn’t recommend them at all for the reason of the managers and office staff. Also not my issue conflict of interest with one nurse working for 2 income cares. So will be finding another inhome care Highly recommend the nurses the management and office if could give 0 stars I would

Benefit Healthcare was amazing. They were our second attempt at home care. My 80-year-old mom didn't like the caregivers from the first agency, so we started over with Benefit. My mom LOVED the two women who cared for her for three months up until she passed. I can't say enough good things about them, from their flexibility with scheduling to going above and beyond to make my mom comfortable and meet her needs to overall communication with my sister and me. Highly recommended!
