It’s my pleasure to give Better Health Care in Greenwood Village and the team my daughter has been given. First thank you Amber for your service and support. You have been there for me through all of this time ! Thank you to Wes who is the fabulous nurse we have been blessed with! He’s amazing in his care and so many wonderful things he does for the family as well. He does not give up on helping us by checking in to see how we are doing and you don’t always find that, but we are very grateful to him! He truly cares! He sits down with me just to see how I am feeling. Can you believe it!? He is amazing! Then we have Nick who is the best physical therapist ever! He has given his all to help our daughter! Thank goodness for his strength and ability to be here for her. He’s kind and caring and wants to help her through a difficult time! He’s the best person to help her! We are blessed as well to have him. I can’t forget Karrie ❤️ who is an awesome Dr!! She goes above and beyond what she has to and is so wonderful to my daughter! She cares about her so much!! She Is the best of the best! I truly appreciate the effort and support this team has! They are always there whether it’s a text or a phone call!! Thank you 🙏 so much! Absolutely the best home health we have ever worked with. Where we are from, therapists might be different each time they came out. Here they send the same great people each time. Therapists were always on time and would work with us on scheduling. Kevin was an excellent physical therapist who both encouraged my mother to work harder while also listening to her and watching for signs she needed to slow down, stop, or alter the task. He was a very friendly, patient and helpful presence after moms stroke. Jordan was an awesome occupational therapist who was very personable, down to earth and interesting to talk to. He would carry on conversations about movies, music, history... it kept moms mind off the exercise and generally she was so engaged with him, she didn't realize it was the end of the session and she had completed all his tasks. Very patient as mom now gets confused a lot. Very instructional and thorough, Jordan was a pleasure to work with. We are going to miss both of them. Mom doesnt generally look forward to people visiting but she came to look forward to them. I would highly recommend this company based on these 2 extraordinary guys alone. However, I should also like to say any time I can recall having to contact the office, every person I spoke to was friendly, helpful, and felt like they would and did go out of their way to be useful and kind. Would give more stars if I could. Thank you guys, so much!
