CenterCare Hospice made the last year of my mother's life inestimably better for all of us. From the beginning, they were compassionate, nonjudgmental, constantly supportive, and unfailingly available. The nursing home did not consistently return our calls; CenterCare was always just a phone call away. They never betrayed our trust. They communicated well, had a strong team dynamic, and were endlessly compassionate with my mother's dementia and behavior problems. My brother and I cared for my mother long distance, and we couldn't have managed without CenterCare. When Mom was suddenly dumped and left in an ED after breaking her hip, CenterCare went to her, obtained her medical records, called me with her location and condition, and arranged for transport and admission to an appropriate facility, where she died in as much peace and comfort as they could provide, my brother at her side. I hope when my time comes I'm lucky enough to have an organization like CenterCare involved in my end-of-life care.

CenterCare Hospice is fantastic. Darlene contacted me while my mom was in rehab. She let me know mom needed hospice. It was hard for me to grasp. Darlene has a wealth of information. She helped me understand the process of hospice, answered all my questions and make the right decision for my mom. All the nurses did a wonderful job taking care of my mom. The best thing we ever did was to call CenterCare Hospice for my 97 year old Dad! Everyone was wonderful! My Dad’s nurse Anita was there anytime we needed her and helped us with anything we needed. LOVED our nurses! Our whole experience with Center Care was wonderful. When our family realized it was time for hospice care for my cousin, Center Care was recommended and we knew immediately from their first phone call that we were in good hands! They took such a burden off of us, lead us in every detail, loved and cared for our family member and us as well, were constantly available in every way. Nurses Darlene and Ashley were exceptionally amazing. Chaplain Tim was very kind and respectful. Thank you all for everything…truly, God bless you all!
