I have been with Human Touch for 4-5 years with my caregiver Linda. She cleans excellent is always willing to help. Dee the manger is the greatest. She always takes care of things. When I call she calls me right back. Dee really cares for the clients. She makes sure if Linda can not come She gets some else for you. You can always count on Human Touch.

To whom it may concern, I have grave concerns regarding Human Touch Unskilled Services, Inc who failed to provide adequate care/communication for the week I hired them. In actuality, I paid them up front for two weeks only to discover that I could not abide their lack of professionalism or effort. I needed help each morning to sit upright, put on my prosthetic leg, and get up for the day’s activities (toileting, showering, dressing, eating). Out of the six days I waited for them, they were either late (1/3 of the time), early (1/3 of the time) or no shows with no prior notice (2 days). I became anxiety ridden with “what nows,” “How am I going to get to the bathroom with no help?” On July 4th at 9 p.m., I was told they were unavailable the next day and could I find someone else; oh yes, they ended the request with “Sorry for the inconvenience!” I was overwhelmed- a holiday night, later in the evening. and no help for the next day. I rallied, made several phone calls, made it through July 5th but never heard from Human Touch who might have checked in to see how I fared. During the week, these are the excuses I heard: “I got lost.” “ My car broke down.” “I was in a car accident.” “My aunt was sick and I needed to be with her.” Perhaps a couple of those might have been valid but to hear all these in a six day period seemed improbable. I absolutely do NOT recommend Human Touch. I cancelled their services for the second week and sought other help. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. I cannot emphasize this enough. Other companies show far more compassion and responsibility.

I would give them less than a 1 star, hospital sent up my appointment 5 days before my scheduled in home visit. after my surgery. The day I was supposed to have a visit they processed my paperwork telling me it would take 24-48 hours to process. Because they don't work on weekends. Nurse was supposed to call me never received a call. The lack of them not doing there job sent me back to the hospital for another visit. DO NOT use this company also read the other reviews.

I'd give them a minus star if I could. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. The 1st nurse walked out because we wanted to video the procedure she was to teach us (Katie...no business card or ID), the 2nd nurse stunk of cigarettes and placed a new bandage OVER my husband's OLD bandage, which was supposed to be CLEANED and REPLACED (Beth) and I am currently waiting for a 3rd nurse, SCHEDULED TODAY to change his port needle and draw labs.... she has told me she can't come because it is Christmas eve and she's too busy! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Illness doesn't take holidays off. Now she is telling us she'll TRY to fit us in! This was a scheduled appointment. What a disgusting way to treat sick people...or ANY people for that matter.
