My mother was in the hospital in critical care. When she was released, an order was placed with Interim Healthcare for home care for her. They never contacted us. I worked with the hospital to see what happened. The hospital advocate called them and they said they could not find the order. It was resent to them. While in week 2 of release, we still had not heard from them. The hospital advocate placed 2 more calls. We are at week 3 and we still have not heard from them. Thankfully she is pretty much recovered at this point. However, I would NEVER use them or suggest them to anyone! If this is the level of care they provide, with someone else this could have been a tragic ending.

I did my CNA course at Interim, my instructor was Miss Ellen MacAlester, best and most caring instructor you’ll ever come across. Even after we completed the course we were allowed to go back to the class and practice whenever and even join her class until we passed our state exam. I have anxiety problems so I’d always ask her to give me practice test over and over which she does. She answers every question or concern, I was able to pass my exam in flying colors with her help. I would message her anytime of the day even weekends and she always responds, she’s always motivating us to go further with our career, Allen was our counselor, teacher and friend , she sits and listen to us, she even provide food for us and took us in her car to do our clinicals at another facility ( she’ll make you question humanity during her exams with her serious face lol). 10/10 recommend👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

So grateful for this wonderful program! The instructor, Ellen, is very engaging and down to earth, the program is affordable and the coursework easy to navigate. Best part for me was being able to fit into 30 days almost full time what would've taken an entire semester part time at a community college. I loved that I could do the coursework online at home. I also loved going for skills practice because the hands on experience really helped solidify what we were learning; it was a great environment. I feel well prepared to face the state exam, and highly recommend this program to anyone interested in learning to be a top tier CNA ❤

First, I am glad I did the CNA course with Shannon. She truly has been one of the greatest instructors I've had. It was a great learning environment and the flexibility of the program allowed me to pass the course and feel confident as a future CNA. Shannon provided real life experiences in her course and made sure to answer all questions my class had. 5 stars for a great instructor, affordability, and flexability!

Great experience! Miss Shannon was great. She combined socializing and useful stories with the common CNA knowledge to make a fun memorable but informational time. The online classes were very easy to work with. Miss Shannon sent frequent emails informing us of the schedule which made the entire process really easy and reassuring. Great program!
