Our family have had the worst experience with this agency. They are terrible!! Now that I am with another Agency I see how horrible Maxim is!! Maxim, you did my family a favor when you all decided to discharge us instead of fixing the problem. I now see with this new agency that Maxim did not give a darn about my family members needs. They treated our family member as if they were doing us a favor!! The case manager was somewhat of a bully. I always felt talked down to with her. Maxim never really helped our family!! I would give no stars if I could!! Maxim your staff and Caregivers and case managers need more training in empathy tolerance and communication!! We never felt like our family member mattered. Worst Agency experience ever!! Stay away from Maxim!!

Working at Maxim as an RN has been a wonderful experience. Maxim highly values it’s employees and provides flexible schedules and competitive pay rates. It is also rewarding to serve patients in an environment that ensures continuity and quality of care with regular meeting to evaluate patient’s progress. The staff members at the office are friendly, diligent, and always ready to help.
